Quantum Healing Hypnosis takes a different approach by going directly to the deeper levels of consciousness where the origin of these patterns can be found.
This powerful technique was developed by Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in regression hypnosis and consciousness exploration. Through this method, individuals are guided into a deep and relaxed state where the root of an issue, whether physical, emotional, or mental, can be revealed, opening the door for deeper understanding and healing.

Traditional hypnosis techniques typically operate within the Alpha state, but QHHT guides the mind into the deeper Theta state. It is within this deeper level of consciousness that the “key” opens the “lock,” allowing access to the superconscious (quantum field), a vast field of intelligence where insight, guidance, and healing exist.
The Hidden Origins of Symptoms
Many challenges we experience today may have roots beyond this lifetime. The superconscious (quantum field) can reveal past life experiences that still carry energetic influence. In some cases, even physical conditions such as chronic pain such as migraines or many diseases may relate to unresolved experiences from another time. Can anyone go into hypnosis?
Yes, and it’s easier than most people think. To understand this, it’s helpful to first know what hypnosis really is. Hypnosis is a naturally occurring, suggestible state of mind where we access deep layers of consciousness, the parts of our mind that hold wisdom, insights, and the ability to heal.
In fact, we go into light states of hypnosis several times a day without even realizing it — for example, when we’re daydreaming, deeply focused on a book or movie, or even just before falling asleep.
From a scientific perspective, hypnosis occurs when our brainwaves drop below the Beta state, the normal waking state associated with active thinking, problem-solving, and daily tasks. When we move below Beta into Alpha, Theta, or Delta brainwaves, we enter states where the mind becomes highly receptive, calm, and intuitive. These are the states where true healing, deep clarity, and connection with the subconscious or superconscious mind happen naturally.
How long is a QHHT session?
A full QHHT session typically lasts 4 –7 hours. It begins with a guided conversation about your life, intentions, and questions, a relaxed, open dialogue that feels more like talking to a trusted friend. Everyt This part is very important, because it helps me, as your facilitator, understand you and create the best environment for your session, ensuring that your experience is safe, comfortable, and deeply effective. Everything shared during this conversation is completely confidential.
After this conversation, we move into the hypnosis portion, where your inner intelligence and superconscious can provide clarity, guidance, and healing. The session concludes with a reflection and discussion, giving you space to integrate the insights and experiences. The generous timing allows everything to flow naturally, without rush, so profound shifts can occur.
Does the healing from this hypnotherapy last?
The shift begins in the session, but it stays if you support it in your daily life. During the session, you gain awareness and enter a state where change is possible. But if you go back to the same patterns, thoughts, and environment without changing anything, old patterns can return. The body is always communicating. If nothing changes, it continues to signal through discomfort or symptoms. When you begin to think, act, and respond differently, the change can stay and deepen.
It is also recommended to listen to your session recording several times afterwards, as it helps reinforce the insights, deepen the integration, and allow the shifts to settle more fully into your daily life.
Will I remember the session?
Yes, most people remember their session. It often feels like being in a very relaxed, light nap, you’re deeply calm but still aware of what’s happening. You’re not unconscious or out of control. You’re simply in a different state of awareness where things come through more easily, and you’re able to observe and experience them at the same time. After the session, you will also receive a recording of the session so you can revisit the insights and guidance at your own pace.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
The main thing is to come with up to 10 questions you’d like to ask your superconscious. These can be about your life, patterns, health, direction, or anything you feel curious or unclear about. As you begin to settle into the idea of the session, these questions will naturally arise within you. There’s no need to force them, just allow them to come, write them down, and bring them with you. This helps us make the most of the session and ensures you receive the clarity and insight that is most relevant for you.
How much does it cost?
The charge for a QHHT session is per session, not per hour. This means the fee covers the entire experience, from the initial guided conversation to the hypnosis session and the post-session reflection. The timing is generous and unhurried, allowing the process to unfold naturally without worrying about the clock.
I really value energy exchange, and in some cases I’m open to receiving services or skills instead of money, as long as the exchange feels genuine and balanced for both of us.
